Job Description
Remington Hotels, a national provider of hotel management services, is looking for an enthusiastic Benefits Analyst that will play a vital role in the Corporate Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for excellence, focuses on details, and lives and breathes data.
- Performs a variety of professional administrative tasks in support of the organization's group benefit and retirement plans’ administration function.
- Collects and maintains compliance-related data or records that are accurate, complete, and fulfill legal requirements.
- Runs monthly benefit vendor invoices and reallocations to the respective business units.
- Identifies gaps in documentation and processes, or potential areas of non-compliance, and suggests resolutions.
- Ensures systems are updated appropriately and responds to standard requests for documentation or records based on established guidelines.
- Runs recurring and ad-hoc Benefits Reports and Audits including but not limited to 401k, ACA, COBRA, QMSCO, Dependent Eligibility, LOA, 5500, state specific filings, etc.
- Interfaces with internal and external audit questions.
- Interfaces directly with Benefit vendors’ subject matter experts to build relationships and meet evolving Benefits and Compliance needs, while documenting business processes and rules.
- Provides Tier 1 support for associate inquiries regarding all aspects of group benefit plans.

Requirements:
- Experience in Human Resources, Compliance, Benefits, or Financial Analysis.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Economics, preferred.
- Must be able to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
